Printing Machine
Application:
It is suitable for BOPP, CPP, PET, PE, PVC
and combined film and paper with the same properties. Its printing speed is
120m/min, while the mechanical speed is 130m/min.
Main Features:
1. The main transmission device: the main
transmission device adopts frequency inverter of Shenzhen Inovance to control
the vector motor, transferring each group of printing cylinders. Performance:
save electric power.
2. Printing cylinder installing device without
axis: the installation of printing cylinders adopts air cylinder to pull the
core of axis to install the cylinders. The horizontal adjustment adopts the
movement of screw. Performance: reduce time of replacing the printing
cylinders, assure the boards to be concentric and improve the quality of
product.
3. Structure of ink scraper: the ink scrapers
can be adjusted up and down as well as its positions. The pressure of the
scraper is controlled by dual air cylinders. The horizontal movement adopts both
the rotations of the motor and movement of cam. Performance: lengthen the
service of the printing cylinders.
4. Pressing lifting structure: the pressing
lifting adopts dual air cylinder to increase the pressure and solenoid velve to
locate the position, which is a protector for the air leakage of the cylinder
when the machine stops working. Performance: average pressure.
5. Chromatic mechanical handles: they adopt
computer to control, synchronic motor to transfer the ball thread bar to adjust
the chromatography through reducing the speed to register color automatically. Performance:
rotate with lubrication and high precision in chromatography.
6. Material-receiving and feeding device: the
material receiving and feeding adopts dual station. It can change the material
and receive the materials automatically. The material-feeding shelf adopts
magnetic powder tension control. The traction tension of material-receiving and
feeding adopt frequency inverter vector to control the linear speed. The
tension of material-receiving is controlled by moment motor. Performance: save
materials, ink, solvent and energy for large quantities of printing products. And
while the speed of material collecting is 120m/min, the most waste of material
collecting is about 20meters, and it can save around 10% ink, solvent and
energy resources. And lower the cost of the product largely.
7. Drying and cooling device: the drying
system adopts fully-closed oven and outer second heating resource returning
design. The temperature is controlled by intelligent temperature controller,
which the returning roller adopts water-cooling device to control to assure the
cooling of film. Performance: save electric power.
