Brief Introduction

2. The whole machine adopts advanced motion control system as main control, double servo system controls fixed length and colorsensorto produce bubble envelopes of different specifications.
3. The two sides of the composite bubble envelope are sealed by electric heating and then cold pressed to make the seal firm and beautiful.
4. This machine adopts double unwinding racks, which can produce double-folded single-line big bags and double-folded double-line small bags.
5. The collection method of the receiving platform has the function of counting and automatically moving the position.

7. Working process: form the beginning of unwinding, the bubble film and composite raw materials are fed into the lamination station through the feeding station to be laminated into composite bubble film raw materials, and then sent to the half-folding forming station through the feeding station, and then subjected to transverse hot pressing and cold pressing. on top of the release paper or release film coated with hot melt adhesive, cut into standard composite bubble envelopes.
