Machine Application and Features

The machine is suitable for making fresh flower bags or other hot side sealing cutting bags with BOPP, PP, PE, etc. The machine adopts microcomputer in fixing cutting length, photoelectric device in tracing, limit stopping machine, automatic counter, automatic edge position rectifier, number alarm and double rolls back feeder, bag-neck cutter by inch and optional multi-position holing unit (it can be equipped with an additional side-sealing blade). It is widely used in making all kinds of special shaped bags, such as fresh flower bags, flower pot bag, vegetable bag, tie’ bags, bottle-shaped bags, fruit freshness protection package.

1. The whole machine frame adopts10 # channel steeland machine body with 12mm steel plate
   2. Mirco-computer fixed-length, stepper driving motor.
   3. The main driving adopts high efficient WPB-80 reducer.
   4. Dual discharging or unwinding unit (one unit with corrective position device), dual feeding system, Feeding uniform, non-elastic piece.
   5. Durable and high qualified Silicone band / belt.

– Round hole puncher

– Hand hole puncher

– Up & down printed rolls color double registering device

– Wineglass shaped heat sealing Mold or other shaped sealing molds.

– Bottom sealing device.
