Application:
This machine is suitable for blowing double-layer co-extrusion polypropylene (PP) plastic film, which is widely used in food, clothing, garment bags, cloth bags and other consumer and industrial packaging.
Main Features:
This machine adopts blow-down type to blow polypropylene (PP) plastic film. Its extruder, cylinder and screw rods are made of quality 38 chrome-molybdenum aluminum (optional: alloy steel) after nitrogen treatment and precision machining, with the best hardness and corrosion resistance, specially designed screw, high output, good plasticization. The main motor adopts frequency control, improve the speed regulating stability. Different sizes of water cooling ring will be supplied with each machine for making different sizes of film.
